Hi to all. Yes there is hope. I have been able to shrink my fibroids naturally by following a diet and programme found on the internet. I was diagnosed with 3 fibroids about 4 years ago. These measured 6cm, 4cm and 3cm in diameter approximately. They are now down to 2cm, 1cm and 1 cm. My symptoms of heavy periods and fibroid pain have gone. You can read more about fibroid pain and symptoms here:

For more information about the programme that I have been following which has worked successfully to shrink my fibroids see this article:

I plan to continue with my diet and natural treatments and hope to get my uterine fibroids even smaller. 4 years ago my gynaecologist was recommending surgery. This has now been cancelled. I wish you success in resolving your fibroid symptoms. Best wishes Isabel.

The fastest method of easing the pain due to fibroids is through surgery. But as much as possible, it is best find solutions that would not involved large money. We want cheaper yet very helpful remedy. Another alternative helpful medicine is using castor oil. Castor Oil benefits For Fibroids helps in reducing the size of the fibroids and eventually reduces any abdominal pain. This treatment would not work overnight but study shows that it has a substance that shrink in fibroids because the oil substance can penetrate our deepest skin which can contribute the healing process.

Hello, This is a message of hope to all out there like me suffering with fibroid (s). I was diagnosed in August 2007 with a fibroid the size of a grapefruit. I was very distressed about it and the only option I was offered was a myomectomy. I am only 33 and I have a 4 year old that I conceived already by Caesarean section. Going under the knife again was not a choice I wanted to opt for. I searched the Internet extensively to come upon any other alternate solution. There were several if them. The one treatment that received most acclaim to my knowledge was Neprinol, and I am saying this because of the numerous testimonials I read on it from several users. I did start taking Neprinol from August last year and when I went to my scan in January 2008; my fibroid had shrunk from 9cms to 6cms. I am very pleased that I have a choice now and surgery isn’t the only choice. I am continuing to take Neprinol this time in combination with Fibrovera. My next scan is due in July 2008. You can visit my write up on my blog at and can contact me via email if you wish to. I hope this information has helped you. Good luck and wish you a speedy recovery.
