HI, if you want to keep your skin bright and healthy then you should go for natural way. Try to eat as much as fruits and drink plenty of water. Also you may use fish oil in foods to keep your skin bright.

Good luck!

Hey ,as i know taking natural herbs like Flaxseed , Vitamin A , Vitamin E , Selenium , Ester C , Bioflavonoid Mix , Dandelion , Burdock Root , Yellow Dock and Boswellia is good for health skin in an effective and natural way.Flaxseed has been shown to enhance skin texture. Vitamin A helps to strengthen and protect the skin. Vitamin E and Selenium are both known antioxidants. Ester C and Bioflavonoid Mix have anti-oxidant properties and they promote wound healing. The herbs Dandelion, Burdock Root and Yellow Dock are natural blood and liver cleansers. Boswellia has the ability to rejuvenate skin.I got this info. from one of the famous nutritional consultant whose name is Dr. James F. Balch. He is also a physician, a surgeon, and a leading authority on integrative medicine and nutritional healing. Dr Balch has written several books and co-authored two best-selling books that address a broad range of health concerns and their nutritional prescriptions. Try googling custom made supplements and vitamins for health skin, and find a personalized health solution for yourself.
