Hi Grace,

There's alot it could depend on. Your age, medications, herbals, pregnancies, etc. all can have an effect on your monthly cycle. Perhaps your cycles have just become longer. It's best to see a doctor.

Well, one month is OK, it's maybe becasue of some disorders of your inner body. If you worried, just go to find you doctor to check. The best way to tell you the accurate answer.

My monthly periods always postponed, usually for a couple of days. If I drink ice water or eat spicy food or the weather is too cold, then it is delayed. So I tried Chinese herbal medicine half a year ago. It works very well. Although the periods are still delayed, at least it comes every month. However, for this month, I have been drinking herbal medicine for a week. And I am very careful of the food I eat and always keep myself warm. My period hasn't come yet. I am very worried. I don''t know what to do. Should I go to see a doctor? Is it possible that I am pregnent? But I used the pregnency test the result is negative. I am not sure whether I should believe this result because people say it is only effective to 85% of women. I really have no idea. Can anybody help?
